Kseni_ya had a very positive first impression of the "Ирис" salon. The receptionist, Okсана, was exceptionally polite and promptly provided information over the phone. Even though Kseni_ya arrived half an hour before her scheduled appointment, she was immediately attended to. The stylist, Екатерина, listened carefully and understood exactly what Kseni_ya wanted. There were no complaints about the process or the result, only gratitude towards Екатерина. The haircut was done meticulously and with great care, which left Kseni_ya very satisfied.The salon has a pleasant atmosphere, everything looks tidy, harmonious, and well-maintained. The only small issue was that a Russian TV series with some harsh scenes was playing on the television, which Kseni_ya found less preferable and less aesthetically pleasing in such a reputable salon. Of course, this is just a personal opinion and doesn't reflect on the quality of the staff's work.At the end of the visit, Okсана explained the various bonuses and promotions available at the salon (of which there are many), and also offered a cup of coffee and assistance in calling a taxi. emilio finds it to be a good barber shop for men. The cuts are done neatly without rushing. The prices are higher than in regular shops (which is understandable given the higher quality), but they are about half the price of barbershops, which is a pleasant surprise.They highlight the positives:Good quality for the price.Pleasant interior/design.Tidy barbers.The reception is also up to par.They would like to add:There seemed to be a light melody/music playing, but during emilio's haircut, it was absent, leaving an awkward silence.They strongly recommend changing the capes/aprons; the standard black ones don't look good.
